Being a mum takes a toll on your body and mind. Yoga For Mums is aimed at new mums and more experienced ones, in fact it’s suitable for any woman who wants to develop core strength and experience a restorative practice.
The class will combine yoga to tone and stretch with restorative poses and an introduction to mindfulness. It will treat mum ailments including backache, insomnia, stress, anxiety and exhaustion with a hefty dose of much needed ‘me’ time yoga.
