Pregnancy yoga classes use breath, visualisation and postures to help women remain calm, centred and healthy during pregnancy, birth and the post-natal period.
I believe that practicing yoga during pregnancy can relieve pain and contribute to a more enjoyable birth.
Pregnancy yoga can be really helpful in treating common ailments like back pain, insomnia, cramp, constipation, pelvic pain, pubic instability or SPD and anxiety.
Pregnancy yoga classes are a great place to meeting local women who will become mums at the same time as you. The atmosphere is supportive and the class offers time for chatting. There is also a long relaxation period at the end of the class.
