I’m covering a
couple of lunchtime classes this Wednesday (3 July) in the City at Templeton House, 33-34 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4SF.
12.05-12.55pm is a pregnancy yoga class. Ante-natal yoga is
hugely beneficial in treating pregnancy ailments including backache, insomnia and swollen joints. It’s also a great opportunity to learn breathing and meditation techniques which will help in labour.
1.05-1.55pm is a mixed ability hatha yoga class. No experience is necessary and I offer modifications. I concentrate on counteracting the effects of working at a desk which means we focus on opening the chest and building core strength (to help shoulder and back pain).
So if you work in Islington, Moorgate, Barbican or Clerkenwell please join me. I guarantee you’ll be more productive in the
afternoon after taking a yoga lunch break.
