The time of my Saturday pregnancy yoga class at The Haelan Centre (opens in a new window) 41 The Broadway, Crouch End, London N8 8DT is
changing to the earlier time 11.30am-1pm.
The class continues to run weekly in the lower studio. The cost remains the same £12 per class paid monthly in advance, £13 drop-in if space.
The lower studio can hold a maximum of six students so you will benefit from more personal attention and adjustment than other classes.
You don’t need any yoga experience to attend this class.
I believe that practicing yoga during pregnancy can relieve pain and contribute to a more enjoyable birth.
Pregnancy yoga classes use breath,
visualisation and postures to help women remain calm, centred and healthy during pregnancy, birth and the post-natal period.
Pregnancy yoga can be really helpful in treating common ailments like back pain, insomnia, cramp, constipation, pelvic pain, pubic instability or SPD and anxiety.
Pregnancy yoga classes are a great place to meeting local women who will become mums at the same time as you. The atmosphere is supportive and the class offers time for chatting. There is also a long relaxation period at the end of the class.
