Anna is a very intuitive and reassuring yoga teacher and her pregnancy yoga classes left me feeling serene and super relaxed. Each class was a lovely window of relaxation and calm in the middle of a very hectic schedule and gave me a chance to pause and focus on my body and my growing baby.
